Overview

ChangeProof is a local-first app for documenting extra work on construction jobs. Change order tags, photos, signatures and the PDFs it generates are stored on your device.

Data collection

ChangeProof does not collect data. It has no account system, no analytics, no advertising SDKs and no third-party trackers. It does not send tags, photos, signatures or PDFs to any server — ours or anyone else's. The app contains no networking code at all.

What stays on your device

Everything you enter: job details, the description of the extra work, who authorized it, labor, materials, equipment, photos, signatures and exported PDFs. Deleting the app deletes all of it, so export anything you need to keep.

What you choose to share

When you export a PDF and send it, that file goes wherever you send it — email, messages, or another app you pick from the iOS share sheet. That transfer is handled by iOS and by the app you choose, not by ChangeProof.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details. Apple provides us with anonymous sales reports that do not identify individual customers.

Photos and camera

ChangeProof asks for camera and photo library access only so you can attach photos of the work to a tag. Those photos are copied into the app's own storage on your device and are not uploaded anywhere.

Children

ChangeProof is a tool for construction professionals and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of ChangeProof ever collects data, this policy and the app's App Store privacy label will be updated before that version ships.
