Common questions

What is free? One project, complete: unlimited items, photos, markup, re-walks and all three PDFs. PDFs from the free project carry a small "Created with" footer.

What does the unlock add? Unlimited projects, your company logo on PDFs, no footer. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and works on every iPhone and iPad signed in with your Apple ID.

How do I restore my purchase? Settings → Restore Purchases.

A PDF is too big for email. On the export screen, tap "Make smaller".

Where is my data? On your device only. Use Settings → Export backup to save a copy to Files.
